We are delighted to hear that the planning application for Admirals Quay, Southampton has been approved. Arc produced a series of planning & marketing CGIs for the proposed, mixed use development which includes what will be the tallest residential tower in Southampton. Designed by Hampshire based architects HGP, the scheme will focus on the marina frontage and serve as catalyst for further investment and development.

New Media House
Earlier this month we completed a set of planning, photomontage CGIs of the development proposals for Southampton’s tallest building. Working with HGP architects we produced 6 CGIs from the key viewpoints requested by the planning authorities. A few of the photomontage visualisations are shown below. Russells Construction are making good progress with the Stephenson Bell designed, Premier Inn development near Piccadilly, Manchester. The material map for the brick looks to be pretty close match to our original CGI!

Once again we have been working with Princess Yachts International Plc, to create a series of CGIs for the new additions to the range. The CGIs are currently being launched in the new brochure suite at the Southampton Boat Show which runs from Friday 16th September until Sunday 25th September.
This year has seen the creation of CGIs for the new flagship Princess Yacht, the 40M. A stunning looking vessel with class-leading levels of luxury and accommodation. In addition to this was the 98 MY and the V39 motor yachts. Each year we look to improve the level of realism in the CGIs produced for Princess and this year is no exception. With a total of 12 images produced, the team have created a stunning set of images which sit seamlessly alongside the brochure and website photography. Following on from our successful design and visualisation work for Allied Developments Solent Lawns project last summer, we have now created a series of CGIs for two, further residential developments on the Isle of Wight. This also involved development of the Solent Living brand identity for all three sites. This included, brochures, posters, site boards, digital slideshows, lightbox adverts and creation of the website www.solentliving.co.uk.
